I cannot log into my Holidu account, what do I do?

If you're having trouble logging into your Holidu account, don't worry. Follow these steps to resolve the issue and regain access to your account.

Create a Holidu Account (for Guests)

A Holidu account is not automatically created when you make a reservation. You must set it up yourself to access your bookings and account information.

To create an account as a guest, follow these steps:

1. Go to holidu.com
2. Click Account in the top right corner
3. Select Log in for guests from the dropdown menu
4. On the login page, choose one of the following options:
   • Continue with Google, Apple, Facebook, or Microsoft, or
   • Select Continue with E-mail to create an account using your email address
5. Follow the prompts to complete the setup

Once your account is created, you can link any existing reservations by entering your last name and booking code. This allows you to view all your past and upcoming bookings in one place.

Check for Typos

One of the most common reasons for login issues is a simple typing mistake. Before trying other solutions, verify that there are no typos in your email address or password.

Pay close attention to:

• Correct spelling of your email address
• Proper capitalization in your password (passwords are case-sensitive)
• Extra spaces before or after your email or password
• Numbers that might look like letters (for example, 0 vs. O, 1 vs. I, 1 vs. l)

Try logging in again carefully, ensuring each character is entered correctly.

Forgot Password

If you've forgotten your password, you can easily reset it through the login page. This is a quick and secure way to regain access to your account.

To reset your password:

1. Go to the Holidu login page
2. Click Forgot Password
3. Enter your email address associated with your Holidu account
4. Check your email for a password reset link (check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it)
5. Click the link in the email to create a new password
6. Enter your new password and confirm it
7. Try logging in with your new password

Make sure to create a strong password that includes a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters to keep your account secure.
