Exit to the balcony. 1 room 12 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the garden.
Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, steamer, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Floor heating.
Large balcony.

In the district of Matte, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, in the residential district, in a cul-de-sac, south-west facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. 800 m long narrow motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Width of access road: 300 cm. Single garage at the house. Grocery 1.3 km, supermarket 13 km, restaurant 1.2 km, bakery 1.5 km, bus stop 200 m, indoor swimming pool 1.2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km, sailing school 12 km, minigolf 1.3 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, cable car 2 km, children's ski school 4 km, cross country ski track 3 km. Nearby attractions: Jungfraujoch, Interlaken, Beatushöhlen. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Niederhorn 2 km, Grindelwald - Kleine Scheidegg 30 km. Man hat trotzdem viel Möglichkeiten gerade wenn man wandern möchte.
