Nestled on a panoramic balcony overlooking the meadows (with the famous Charolais cows as privileged neighbors in season), it sits on a southeast-facing hillside within a small rural hamlet, both residential and agricultural, bordering the picturesque village center.
Enjoy complete tranquility in the heart of the unspoiled countryside, within a protected ZNIEFF and Natura 2000 site (renowned for its rich flora and fauna).
This sublime landscape of gentle mountains combines hedged meadows, ponds, rivers, and beautiful wild forests, just a stone's throw from the rare Pézanin Arboretum, one of the finest in France (featuring 450 plant species across 25 hectares, surrounding a bucolic fishing pond).
