The "Kermessu" annex is a romantic retreat for a couple, a family, or two couples of friends, featuring exposed beams and whitewashed wood or river-pebble floors.

The bathroom has a teak floor and stays comfortable year-round. Through "Kermessu"'s windows, you’ll enjoy views of the flower garden, vegetable patch, woodland, and river, all facing south and surrounded by nature.

Canoe and paddleboard are at your disposal. Please do not smoke inside the annex; smoking is allowed in the riverside garden.

Just 1,200 m away, you can walk or cycle to the ocean and Capbreton’s lively center with shops and restaurants.
Hossegor is 3 km away, and the forest is just across the river.

Un cadre verdoyant, calme, la disponibilité des hôtes, l'individualité et la superficie de la dépendance en font un lieu de vacances reposant. Les petits déjeuners variés sont élaborés avec des produits bio ou maison.
