Villa Guindaste I is an elegant, single-story 3-bedroom villa in Santana, just steps from the iconic Guindaste viewpoint.
Accommodating up to 6 guests, it is the perfect retreat for families or groups seeking comfort, privacy, and close contact with Madeira’s natural beauty.
The interior features a modern design, providing brightness and a sense of well-being.
The open-plan living area combines a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for socializing and group meals.
The villa offers three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, easily accommodating different types of guests.
There are three bathrooms, two with showers and one guest WC, ensuring convenience throughout the stay.
Outside, the private pool invites refreshing dips on sunny days, while the garden and barbecue create the perfect setting for outdoor meals.
The sea view completes the experience, making every moment even more special.
AREA Located in Santana, known for its traditional thatched houses and natural beauty, the villa offers easy access to viewpoints and attractions along the north coast.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS - We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Santana.
All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person.
Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee. - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance.
If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided.
We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request.
There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

We do not ask for more than respect for neighbours and care for the property, in addition to not smoking inside the house.

Wonderful brand new and well designed villa in premium standard. The only one minus was poorly equipped kitchen - lack of basic things like corkscrew / paddle for frying pan. One more thing to mention is cold water in swimming pool - not heated while in Madeira’s climate, it would be an advantage.
