The gite features a living area of about 30 m² with an open kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave grill, cooktop, and dishwasher.
The lounge has a sofa, two armchairs, flat-screen TV, and speaker.
Two bedrooms each have a 160x200 cm double bed with 220x240 cm duvet; one bedroom has a dressing room.
A travel cot and high chair are available.
The bathroom includes a 90x90 cm shower and wall-hung toilet.
A shared laundry room with washing machine, ironing board, and iron is accessible on request.
Outside, relax on the 24 m² wooden terrace with garden lounge and dining area, or in the garden.
Parking is available on the private driveway.
Lake Annecy is 10 minutes by car.
Caves and waterfalls are 5 minutes away, adventure parks (Col de Tamié / Talloires) 10 minutes, hiking and paragliding at Col de la Forclaz 15 minutes, Montmin canyoning and Giez golf less than 10 minutes.

Séjour très agréable dans ce gite très calme très fonctionnel avec une déco harmonieuse. L endroit est idéal pour se reposer mais aussi proche de toutes activités et avec les très bons conseils de David , nous repartons très satisfait de notre semaine. N hésitez pas à aller visiter cette belle région et faire la connaissance de David et d Owene 😉
