With capacity for up to 6 guests, it offers welcoming and functional spaces for both short and long-term stays. The apartment features three bedrooms: one suite with a private bathroom; one bedroom with a double bed; and another also with a double bed. There is also a guest bathroom to serve the remaining bedrooms. The social area consists of a large living and dining room, ideal for gatherings, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals with ease.
The laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and other essentials, ensures greater convenience during your stay. Designed to maximize comfort and privacy, Vila Formosa III offers a peaceful retreat just minutes from supermarkets, restaurants, and Funchal city center — making it the perfect base for exploring the city and the island of Madeira. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions.

All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nights stay/ 14€ per person.
Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee. - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance.
If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided.
We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request.
There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. HOUSE RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. • Parties or events are not permitted. • We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons.
This system does not record conversations or collect personal data.
Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration. A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights). Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee. Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
