This modern, bright, spacious home is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a dream vacation ✨, just a 2-minute walk from the beach and the San Agustín Shopping Center, where you'll find supermarkets, restaurants, and all the entertainment you desire.
With direct views of the Atlantic Ocean, this house offers the perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and a prime location 📍. 🏡 The house is divided into two floors: -- Main Floor -- ☀️ Spacious terrace with a private pool (5.80 x 3.00 x 1.40 m), Balinese bed, sun loungers, outdoor dining area with table and chairs 🍽️, and outdoor sofas for relaxing al fresco.
Integrated living room-kitchen area, with direct access to the terrace through large sliding doors that allow you to enjoy sea views 🌊.
The living room includes a 65" Smart TV with international channels.
Fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine ☕, Italian moka pot, and filter coffee maker, wine fridge 🍷, and all necessary utensils. 1 bedroom with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) and walk-in closet. 1 full bathroom with a shower.
Private garage for 2 cars.
Landscaped outdoor areas. -- Upper Floor (accessed by stairs) -- 1 master bedroom with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m). 1 bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m). 1 bedroom with a trundle bed, convertible into 2 beds (0.90 x 2.00 m). 1 bathroom with a shower. 🌅 Outdoor terrace with incredible sea views. In total, the property has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, ideal for accommodating up to 8 people in complete comfort.
All rooms have air conditioning (hot/cold) and high-speed Wi-Fi (300 Mbps). The pool heating service has an additional cost of €210/week, payable in cash upon arrival.
Maximum temperature of 27ºC.
Please give 5 days' notice for activation. 🍼 A crib and high chair are available upon request (no additional cost). 🧹 Weekly full cleaning is included (for stays longer than 8 nights), with a change of sheets and towels, and pool cleaning/maintenance twice a week. ⚠️ IMPORTANT ⚠️ 🚭 Shishas are prohibited inside the property. 🚷 Visitors not included in the booking are not allowed. 🤫 As this is a residential area, parties or activities that may disturb neighbors are not permitted. 😊 I will be happy to help you with anything you need during your stay and recommend the best spots on the island 🗺️.
