We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The location is ideal for exploring Bordeaux.
It is close to three stations, Bordeaux Saint-Jean (2.6km), Saint-Jean (2.7km), and Cenon (4.3km), making it easy to get around the city.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking.
Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors.
Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.

The living/dining space features a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for four.
The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries to make delicious meals, such as an electric plate, an oven and a coffee machine.
The bedrooms have a lovely double bed, complimentary hotel-quality linens, and a wardrobe to store your belongings.
The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
A washing machine is also available to serve your laundry needs.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your safety.
Please note that the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Lo mejor es la localización, a 2 minutos de la plaza de la Bolsa. El sistema de entrada es muy cómodo, con las llaves en un locker en la puerta. Guest Ready nos informaba continuamente a través de WhatsApp sobre el check in, la estancia y el check out.
El dormitorio principal es muy amplio. Y la cocina esta bien equipada
