This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
The check-in can be done from 3 pm, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). This family has a gentle Labrador dog who, for the convenience of the guests, will be kept restrained during their stay.
The living room features a comfortable sofa bed where you can relax, a large-screen smart TV to watch all your favorite programs, and a small table.
The area has a cozy atmosphere and plenty of natural light that illuminates the space, making it even more inviting.
This space also has a fully equipped kitchenette with essential cooking utensils and cutlery that you will need to prepare a delicious meal, including an electric stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities for your use. The bedroom is a pleasant space with a double bed and a wardrobe.
All beds come with hotel-quality bed linen to ensure maximum comfort.
Finally, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to refresh yourself, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Important note: There is a dog in the villa's main house, but he's friendly and hardly barks at first.

The place matched the description and it is beautifully located in a garden of a bigger house nearby. It is of reasonable size but much better fit for 2 people than 4 as it is being advertised. The kitchen had all the amenities and the wine left by the owners was absolutely delicious and gave a nice touch to the Portuguese hospitality.

A lovely and peaceful area with excellent local restaurants, just 30 minutes from Lisbon. The host was exceptionally polite and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place — it’s spotless, comfortable, and looks exactly like the photos. Only a short 15-minute walk to the beach, and the setting is perfect for working, relaxing, or unwinding. Reading by the pool was truly serene.

It's a great place. It's cool and you can see the ocean. Drinking coffee in the courtyard is a pleasure. A nice bonus from the owner was waiting for us upon arrival.
