Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it was your own. This location is just a 10-minute walk from Casa da Música station, 13 minutes walk from Carolina Michaelis station, 2.1 km from São Bento station, 4.2 km from Campanha station, and 4.9 km from Vila Nova de Gaia station.
This convenient location is perfect for exploring Porto. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. We manage several units in this building, so you can choose the one that best fits your needs or book multiple for a group stay.

Hotel bem centríco, tudo muito confortável e limpo.
Único contra foi a humedade, o quarto é fechado e os vidros sempre estão molhados pelo calor, o que também é bom pela temperatura q sempre está agradável ainda que faça frio fora.

The room was very good, the bed comfortable and the bathroom functional and clean but unfortunately room 401 is very noisy we had the bar restaurant La Casa Agricole just opposite with music until 2am

Juste une simple chambre , moisissure au plafond, très humide. Aucune pression dans la douche . Pas de frigo ni même une table sinon très bien placé
