There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included) We manage several units in this building, so you can choose the one that best fits your needs or book multiple for a group stay.

The city of Porto, one of the city the most famous of Portugal, is known for all of its stately bridges and port wine production. The medieval Ribeira district is located in Porto on the riverside, there are plenty merchants houses and cafes. The São Francisco Church is a beautiful monument with an historical past. The Bolsa Palace (built in the 19th century) is located in the historical centre of Porto.

Looks like on the photos. Great area, you have everything nearby. Could be a little more clean but thats just personal opinion. Bedsheets and towels were clean and good quality

We adored staying here because the apartment was perfect for 2 people and was close to great food and pretty sites- we e
: We loved the size of the space and proximity to good food and beautiful sites. We adored the balcony and enjoyed people watching while drinking wine.
There was some construction next door that got loud during the day but that’s not the fault of the property.

: Beautiful flat, renovated and well equipped. Excellent location. Guest support via booking chat with a very quick response too.
There is no lift, the heaters are not very powerful, the power goes off if you switch on 3 appliances at the same time (heater, hairdryer and oven for example).
