The farm and the hills of Valdichiana.
On the first floor of a typical farmhouse in a panoramic and quiet position, on the top of a hill covered in vineyards and olive groves, Santa Vittoria is part of an important farm where they produce excellent wine and fine extra-virgin olive oil.
From the windows a great view on the suggestive landscape of the Valdichiana valley hills, where you can catch glimpses on beautiful farmhouses, nineteenth-century villas and medieval hamlets dominated by mighty castles.
On the ground floor of the house occasionally lives the property caretaker. An old farmhouse of particular charm.
The wooden ceilings, the terracotta-tiled floors and the original old, rustic furnishings, give to the house a very particular charm of ancient, simple and essential things. Swimming pool and services.
In front of the house a large green area equipped with garden furniture.
About 250 mt far, near to another house, which is also part of the farm, there are a laundry room with washing machine and the swimming pool (size 7 x 12 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), to be shared with the owner and his guests. FIRST FLOOR: entrance from internal staircase, large dining room with kitchen facilities and fireplace, sitting room with sofas, two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower. EQUIPMENT: communal washing machine, oven, fridge with freezer, Wi-Fi Internet access at the pool, barbecue, gazebo, hairdryer, moka coffee maker, fans (4), air chair.

Nous etions huit et avons passe une semaine dans l'ancien moulin de Santa Vittoria. Une belle batisse, perdue au milieu des vignes, offrant des couchers de soleil sublimes, a mi chemin entre Sienne et Arezzo. Tout etait vraiment parfait, mais il.faut absolument.changer de literie. Tous les lits ou matelas sont.justr horribles, inconfortables, déformés. Fautes quelque-chose s'il.vous plait

Authentische Ferienunterkunft mit herrlichem Blick auf die Weinberge. So stellt man sich die Toskana vor. Wer in Sachen Komfort zu kleinen Abstrichen bereit ist, wird sich hier pudelwohl fühlen.
