Not only Villa Milly's central location speaks in its favor, though.
The owners, who, in the early post-war years, set the first impulse regarding tourism at San Marco, have put all their experience into the design of the house and have turned Villa Milly into a comfortable retreat for couples, families, friends, a place where you can spend any kind of holidays.
The large, well-tended garden with cozy spots under tall pine and olive trees adds to the feel-good atmosphere at Villa Milly.
It also offers access of the alley leading straight to the beach of San Marco.
A bit off on the premises, hidden by trees and behind a small wall, lies the residence of the friendly, courteous owners. HOLIDAY HOME VILLA MILLY The ca. 80 m² of Villa Milly include a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, two bathrooms (shower/WC/bidet; shower/WC) and a spacious living-dining room with fireplace and well-equipped kitchen unit (incl. refrigerator with freezer compartment, 4-burner gas stove, oven).
Fitted wardrobes in the double bedroom and in the hallway offer enough storage room for what you have brought along.
Villa Milly also features: air conditioning (extra charge), WiFi, SAT-TV, washing machine, hair dryer, safe.
A children’s bed can be provided upon request.
Some pieces of furniture, for example the solid wooden dining table and the decorative double bed, have been family property for a very long time and add a special, individual touch.
Some of the interior furnishing’s smaller details show how deeply attached the landlord is to the sea and the traditions of the fishing village of San Marco.
Villa Milly is flanked by two furnished terraces, one of which is accessible from the two bedrooms.
In the morning, just step outside to enjoy the day’s first rays of sunlight and the view of Castellabate enthroned above the coast.
The larger terrace is accessible from the bright, airy living area.
Inside as well as outside Villa Milly offers enough space for cozy evenings, leisurely get-togethers, for relaxing and idling.
A grill and an outdoor shower are also at your disposal. Parking: A parking space is available at an extra charge (7–10 euros/day for a regular car). FURTHER INFORMATION & TIPS If you prefer 'car-free' holidays, Villa Milly might be the right accommodation for you.
Stores, alimentari, restaurants and bars are a very short walk (ca. 200 m) off.
San Marco's strikingly beautiful bathing beaches are also nearby.
If you are in the mood for a morning "tuffo", a dive into the sea, you need only walk about 150 m to do so.
You might also take an idyllic walk to sandy Pozzillo beach along a beautifully laid-out path which starts near the holiday home.
Between pine trees, cactuses and the gentle sounds of the sea, Cilento nature comes as a delight for all your senses. OUR TIP: Book a table at Ristorante SU! The restaurant high above the piazzetta (open: June - September) offers a unique view across the rooftops of San Marco di Castellabate and the seemingly endless sea.
As the restaurant does not open until the evening, it is also a prime seat for enjoying a perfect sunset.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in der Villa Milly (dieses Mal mit 3 Kids) und vermissen den wunderbaren Garten und unser glasklares Meer mit dem netten Sandstrand (4min zu Fuß) jetzt schon.
Es wurde total unkompliziert ein 3. (Klapp-)Bett im Kinderzimmer dazugestellt.
