Nestled in the heart of the Costa Brava, La Barraca de Farena is a charming country cottage surrounded by nature, just 1 km from Palafrugell and 1.5 km from the beaches of Llafranc, Calella, and Tamariu.
Its large private garden (8,500 m², with 4,000 m² fenced) is ideal for relaxing in the hammock or enjoying sunset views. Open year-round, the cottage accommodates up to 4 guests and 2 pets (available for an extra fee, on request). For community reasons, it is not rented to guests under 25 years old and parties are not allowed. The house (60 m² + 15 m² porch) features a fully equipped kitchen-dining area with utensils, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
The bathroom includes a spacious shower, washing machine, iron, and hairdryer.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed (up to 2 cots and 2 high chairs available for an extra fee, on request). The living room offers a double sofa bed, TV, DVD, high-speed Wi-Fi, pellet stove, fireplace, and ceiling fans. Enjoy free private parking.
Outdoors, relax with garden furniture, sun loungers, hammock, outdoor shower, and a storage room for bikes (up to 2 for rent, on request; bike rental available for an extra fee). Scenic trails lead to the beaches. Try water sports like diving, snorkeling, paddle surfing, kayaking, and swimming.
Visit the Sunday market in the village center for fresh produce, crafts, and more.
