Capable of welcoming up to 8 people, it seduces by its serene atmosphere, its neat decoration and harmonious arrangement, ideal for relaxing moments with family or friends.
From the entrance, on the ground floor, you access a large bright living area with a large table, a fixed sofa facing the terrace, and a TV corner with sofa.
Behind a pretty glass roof, a fully equipped kitchen awaits you to cook with family or friends.
A nice and secure staircase leads upstairs, where you will find a bathroom with storage, a laundry area and separate toilets.
Upstairs, the first bedroom offers a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, with a large clearance and a wardrobe.
The second bedroom is equipped with a bed of 160 cm and a wardrobe, while the third bedroom has a bed of 160 cm, a bed of 90 cm and an alcove dedicated to the childcare area (table for changing, umbrella bed...).
The floor also includes a bathroom with toilet.
Outside, enjoy a terrace of 100 m2 flowery, with electric plancha, garden furniture, parasol, screen view and 2 sun loungers.
A cabin is at your disposal to store your bikes, and private parking can accommodate 1 to 2 cars depending on their size.
