Como deveria ser do vosso conhecimento eu sofri um acidente e não pode usufruir da estadia nesse imóvel. Apesar de ter informado antecipadamente do facto isso não foi tido em consideração para ser feita qualquer restituição da verba que tinha sido paga pela reserva. Embora esteja consciente que essas são as regras não estou feliz com a falta de consideração.
