This discount can be booked up to 60 days before arrival. The accommodation is located in the beautiful Astra holiday resort.
The resort is near the historic town of Poreč and the picturesque former fishing village of Funtana, directly on the sea and amidst a small cedar grove.
Thanks to its location directly on the sea, the resort is particularly suitable for families with children who like to spend a lot of time on the beach.
The multilingual animation team at the neighboring resort ensures entertainment for young and old: the mini club offers games, sports, and fun for children aged 4 to 12. Sports tournaments are organized for adults, and morning gymnastics or aqua aerobics are offered 6 days a week.
In the evening, live music and exciting shows are available.
The neighboring resort also has two playgrounds for children to let off steam.
A large pool and a great water playground await you at the neighboring resort.
In addition to various restaurants that cater to your culinary well-being, the neighboring resort also offers a beach volleyball court (free of charge) as well as tennis courts, a mini-golf course, a basketball court, a football field, a bicycle rental, various water sports facilities, and table tennis tables (for a fee). The apartment A4TP is located on the ground floor or the 1st floor and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.
The accommodation consists of one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds.
The equipped kitchen includes dishes, cutlery, pots, a coffee machine, a refrigerator, and a dining table with chairs.
Some apartments have an oven.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, a hairdryer, and a toilet.
The covered terrace on the ground floor or the balcony on the 1st floor with a table, chairs, and umbrella invite you to relax comfortably.
The driving time from the Croatian border is approx. 40 minutes.

ARRIVAL DAY + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure days and the minimum length of stay in your desired season.Note: If for any reason you cannot arrive on the scheduled arrival day, check-in on the following day is of course also possible (please report before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.
Departure on the previous day is also possible here.
However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The first thing you will notice on the beach is the beautiful crystal-clear water.The resort is located directly on a beautiful pebble beach that can be easily reached on foot.
Around the resort, various beaches await sunbathers, from pebble beaches to paved beaches and lawn areas.
Sun loungers and umbrellas can be rented on the beach of the neighboring hotel.
Many water sports activities such as windsurfing, water skiing, canoeing, sailing, diving, or pedal boating are available to guests for a fee. During high season, a lifeguard ensures that you can enjoy your swim in the sea without worry.
POOL
The large pool with water features and the great water playground at the neighboring resort offer an opportunity for a dip in the refreshing water.Sun loungers are available for rent by the pool for relaxation.
Sporty guests can enjoy the aqua aerobics organized by the friendly animation team.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
A multilingual animation team provides entertainment for young and old at the neighboring resort during high summer.A mini club is available for children between 4 and 12 years old, where the little ones can let off steam all day with various games, workshops, and sports.
The neighboring resort also has two playgrounds where your children can play.
For adults, the multilingual animation team organizes sports tournaments such as beach soccer, beach volleyball, water polo, and much more.
Those who want to start the day actively can participate in morning gymnastics or aqua aerobics 6 days a week.
In the evening, there is a mini disco for the younger guests, and an evening entertainment program with live music, dancing, and exciting shows is offered for everyone.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
The neighboring resort has a beach volleyball court that can be used free of charge.A wide range of activities is available for sports enthusiasts: tennis, squash, table tennis, mini-golf, volleyball, football, basketball, and horseback riding (for a fee). You can also rent bicycles at the neighboring resort.
Various water sports are offered at the beach for a fee. Water sports fans will get their money's worth with windsurfing, water skiing, canoeing, a short trip with pedal boats, sailing, or diving.
SHOPPING
The resort has its own small supermarket where you can find groceries as well as everyday items.A newsstand, which also offers a selection of souvenirs, is also available in the resort.
MEALS
The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery, pots, a coffee machine, and a refrigerator.If you prefer to be catered for on vacation, you can enjoy local and international cuisine as well as delicious fish specialties in one of the resort's restaurants.
You can of course also take advantage of half-board at favorable conditions (can be booked on-site, no prior registration required). In just a few minutes, you can also reach the beautiful town of Poreč or the former fishing village of Funtana, where you will find many more restaurants to try.

However, despite the tranquil surroundings, boredom is certainly not an option. The lively coastal town of Poreč is just a few minutes' drive away and, in addition to its idyllic old town, offers many other entertainment possibilities. The picturesque former fishing village of Funtana is also worth a visit. Water lovers will get their money's worth not only thanks to the location right on the sea, but also because the great Aquacolors water park is just a 5-minute drive away.
PLACE AND SURROUNDINGS
The beautiful historic city of Poreč is located adjacent to the sea. With its pine forests, seaside promenades, and coastal restaurants, it is a true haven of recreation and relaxation. Poreč is full of artistic and historical attractions waiting for you to discover. Within a few minutes' drive, you can reach the Istralandia water park, offering fun for the whole family. Between the two port cities of Umag and Pula, you will find several recommendable towns whose visits are certainly worthwhile. Fazana, Rovinj, Vrsar, Poreč, as well as Pula and Umag themselves, offer numerous restaurants, shopping opportunities, and historical buildings that are definitely worth seeing. Various amusement parks such as Istralandia, Aquacolors, or the Glavani climbing park offer great opportunities for fun with the whole family. For nature lovers, we recommend a visit to the Brijuni Islands or the Jama-Grotta Beradine cave. Fish lovers are in the right place in this region! Here you can find all kinds of fish prepared in countless variations. You will also find good wine in Croatia. So, if you want to indulge yourself, you've come to the right place. There is also plenty of entertainment in the evening. Croatians love parties, music, and socializing, whether in a disco, on the beach promenade, or in a small alley. Your evening entertainment is therefore guaranteed. The hinterland of the coast offers many forests, cycling, or hiking trails, so those seeking peace or athletes will also get their money's worth. You can find the famous weekly markets mostly daily in Poreč, Rovinj, and Pula.
