The living and dining room is spacious, designed for moments of togetherness and relaxation, with direct access to a large balcony where you can enjoy al fresco dining with views of the sea and the mountains.
On this floor, there is also a guest bathroom.
The three bedrooms are located on the lower floor.
One bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, another bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom, and the third bedroom is a double room.
All bedrooms have direct access to the outside, providing convenient access to the garden and pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped, functional, and suitable for preparing meals comfortably during your stay.
Outside, the villa offers a well-maintained garden and a private pool, which can be heated for an additional charge.
This area features sun loungers, parasols, and a dining area with a barbecue, ideal for enjoying the Algarve climate.
Situated in a quiet residential area, Villa Sunset is close to beaches, golf courses, restaurants, and bars, making it an excellent option for exploring Carvoeiro and its surroundings.
The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted.
This is a self-catered property.
For added convenience, grocery hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always a great addition to your holiday, especially when traveling with children.
With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.
However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with booking one.
We can also arrange transfers if needed.
Group deposit: €200 per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests.
The 7th guest will be charged an additional fee which includes an extra bed.

We had a fantastic time, enjoying the relaxing atmosphere and the lovely sea and mountain views. The outdoor areas were perfect for unwinding, and everything about the stay felt smooth and comfortable. The team was also very friendly and helpful.
