The composition of Le Petit Moulleau : Living room: living room area with television, large corner sofa, armchair (note: the use of the fireplace is strictly prohibited, but you have an ethanol fireplace available in the fireplace, but the fuel is not is not available, but at your expense), - Separate, fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Tassimo machine, kettle, blender, toaster, thermomix). - Master bedroom with window onto terrace, king-size bed, large walk-in closet. - En-suite shower room: large walk-in shower, vanity unit, WC and laundry area with tumble dryer. - Bedroom 2 (more of a children's room): bunk bed and a bench that can be converted into a double bed, shower area with washbasin. - Separate toilet. - The terrace, shaded if required by an electric awning, extends the living area outwards.
Its location is exceptional, thanks to its immediate proximity to the beach (2min walk), and to Le Moulleau next door.

Transportation : - Free parking in adjacent streets - Arcachon train station 6 km away (10 min by car) - Bus line 3 runs every hour from Arcachon station to Dune du Pyla. - Bordeaux airport (65 km, 52 min by car) Ideas for walks : - Réserve Ornithologique du Teich 25km away - Arcachon Zoo route de Cazaux, a good day out for relaxation and a change of scenery, Cazaux lake with its guinguettes, Aqualand in Gujan - Typical market of La Teste , Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, the halles, but also many market gardeners outside, organic production, cheese from the Pyrenees, confits, foie gras, shoes, clothes etc., guaranteed atmosphere, small glass of white or coffee in the end! - Les Halles d'Arcachon (6km), with its famous indoor and outdoor markets. - Dune du Pyla (4km) - Andernos-les-Bains (40 km, 53 min by car) - Bordeaux (66 km, 50 min by car) Activities : Take advantage of all its attractions, discover the spectacular Ville d'Hiver district with its superb fin-de-siècle houses, its park and its belvedere with a breathtaking view of the Bassin.
At midday, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the Bassin's oyster ports: the port of La Teste awaits you with its famous oyster shacks, or Gujan, or the market in La Teste or Arcachon (bring a container if you wish to have them opened, and don't go too late for this request).
Then set off to conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla.
If you feel like taking to the open sea, there are regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty in Arcachon to Cap Ferret, Ile aux oiseaux, the famous cabanes tchanquées and the Banc d'arguin! Shuttles depart in summer from the Moulleau jetty (ask about tide times...).
Head downstream on the Leyre to the Le Teich ornithological park, where you can choose to be accompanied by a guide, or take your kayak out on your own.
Numerous cycle paths will take you to Arcachon and across to the Dune du Pyla, and there are plenty of bike rental companies who can deliver to your doorstep! Don't hesitate to contact us for further information.

Le Petit Moulleau "Emplacement parfait, au coeur du Moulleau, 100 mètres de la plage, idéal pour vivre le quartier à pied.
Logement fonctionnel et bien organisé. Bonne literie.
Les défauts : situé en demi sous-sol, l'appartement n'est pas très clair et souffre d'un problème d'humidité, surtout perceptible dans la seconde chambre."

Le Petit Moulleau Logement fidèle à la description. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable avec la plage juste à côté de la mer, idéal avec les enfants ! Quelques problèmes d’odeurs mais à part ça super! Merci beaucoup !
