The modern, fully equipped kitchen offers all the necessary practicality for extended stays or shared family meals. On the ground floor, there are 6 bedrooms, 4 of them en-suite, in addition to a shared bathroom with a shower.
On the lower floor, the villa has 3 more bedrooms, 2 en-suite, a bathroom with a shower, and a guest toilet, ensuring space, comfort, and flexibility for larger groups. The exterior is designed for maximum enjoyment of the Algarve climate, with an inviting, heated private pool (at an extra cost), shower, barbecue, and outdoor dining areas.
The garden and spacious terraces allow for relaxation in complete privacy, always with the sea as a backdrop. With free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and parking for 2 vehicles, the property guarantees full comfort.
In the vicinity, you will find supermarkets, bars, and restaurants, including one with 2 Michelin stars, the Salgados golf course, and the area's prestigious nature reserve.
Albufeira center is just a 10-minute drive away, offering easy access to all the city's amenities and attractions. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, flexibility may be possible during the low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted. This property is self-catered.
For added convenience, food hampers can be booked (at an additional cost) in advance. Pool heating is always a plus for your holiday, especially when traveling with children.
With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.
However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking.
We can also arrange transfers if you require them. Group deposit: €200 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival. Our stay was excellent. The layout provided plenty of space for everyone, and the terraces were perfect for relaxing together. The team was very helpful during our stay, especially with arranging transfers and recommending local experiences. We would happily return.

Great location close to restaurants and the ocean. There is a very spacious feeling to the grounds. The property in beautifully maintained. We were an extended family group of 20 and the 2 buildings, pool and grounds worked well for us. We all enjoyed our stay at Casa Das Dunas.
