Access to the gite by three steps and a covered entrance.
Ground floor: independent fitted kitchen with pantry, living room with dining area and lounge area, linen room and independent WC.
From the living room down to a wooden terrace with garden furniture in the private enclosed garden.
Upstairs: two bedrooms each with a 140x190 bed and shower room, accessible by a steep staircase.
Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival.
Baby equipment: cot, bath, high chair. Exterior: private enclosed space of 120m² including 80m² of garden.
Cellar accessible from the garden with 2 bicycles, barbecue.
Parking on site. Home caterer: "La Crunchette", on request. House adjoining another house, without any vis-à-vis. Old stone sink, cellar, exposed beams and frameworks have been enhanced. Ideally well located for visiting Angoulême, capital of comics, and on the road to Périgord.

Merci pour votre accueil bien sympathique. Ce gîte est fort agréable, confortable, chaleureux (même avec des températures extérieures négatives). J'ai aussi apprécié le calme environnant, les promenades en forêt proche avec ma chienne, la proximité d'Angoulême.
