The apartments are distributed among the alleys of the small and ancient fishing village, lying on the rocks of the famous beach of Scaglieri.
The quiet location and proximity to the sea allow you to spend a relaxing holiday in harmony with the environment that surrounds them, in fact the beach is only 25 meters (real). The location is unique and in one of the most exclusive locations on the island of Elba, a stone's throw from excellent seaside restaurants to taste the local cuisine and enjoy the wonderful fiery sunsets that this location offers.
Thanks to the proximity of two other fine sandy beaches, Biodola and Forno, it offers tourists a corner of paradise of unparalleled beauty and comfort. The property is on two levels; on the first level there is a living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchen; from the kitchen, crossing a covered terrace with partial sea view (furnished with table and chairs) and climbing a few more steps, you enter the second level which consists of a double bedroom with partial sea view and ceiling fan as well as two other bedrooms with beds double (joinable), bathroom with shower. Type of furniture: - about 110 square meters; new Services inside the apartment: - fridge, gas burners, oven, LCD TV, washing machine Services outside the apartment: - private unguarded off-road parking about 250 meters from the apartments Important Notes: - minimum age to check-in 21 years (applied to groups of guys - children are welcome) - check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid - small pets allowed with a cleaning fee of € 30 - deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm) - bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site - the parking area has no night lighting
