Lärmende Bauarbeiten und Kran vor der Terasse des Ferienhauses, der die Sicht auf das Meer versperrte. Sind angesichts des Baulärmes nach 3 Tagen ausgezogen und haben eine andere Wohnung angemietet. Vermieter war zu direkter Konservation nicht bereit, so dass mit Rechtsanwalt wegen der Mietkosten und Urlaubsausfallentschädigung gedroht werden musste.
