The kitchen is fully equipped, and the house offers a Smart TV, unlimited internet, a DVD player, and a music system.
The wonderful 18m long swimming pool invites you for a swim, and the barbecue area is ideal for preparing a delicious meal.
The terrace also includes a covered seating area, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower.
Small pets are allowed upon request.
Smoking is not permitted indoors, only in outdoor areas.
No parties/celebrations/events of any kind are allowed in our accommodations.

Fantastischer Pool, in dem man bei Sonnenaufgang gepflegt seine Bahnen ziehen kann. Große Küche mit vollverglastem Esszimmer. Günstig gelegen, um zum Abendessen schnell nach Santa Cruz zu fahren.

Die Villa ist einfach super!!! Ganz herzliche Vermieter, toller Ausblick, ein riesiges Grundstück mit mehreren Terrassen und ein Pool zum Bahnen ziehen!!!

Das Ferienhaus bietet modernen Komfort in alten Mauern. Sehr schön sind die historischen Holzdecken, die alten Schiebefenster und die Fliesenarbeiten. Eine Geschirrspülmaschine wäre eine sinnvolle Ergänzung der Küchenausstattung. Sonst haben wir nichts vermisst. Für kalte Tage sind sogar Heizkörper ...
