During the day, we are available for any needs, and in the evening, important emergencies are attended to ensure guests' peace of mind. – Check-in and check-out are handled in person by our team, offering a full introduction to the property, resolving any questions, and handing over the keys. – Upon making your reservation, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transportation services, and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.
House rules and schedules. – Check-in: from 4:00 PM onwards. – Check-out: until 10:00 AM. – No parties or events allowed. – No pets allowed.

Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price.
This circumstance does not exempt the client from their obligation to take care of the property during their stay.
No charge will be made to the deposit as long as the use of the property is reasonable.
Garbage must be removed beforehand at the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.

In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3.
Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price.
The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure.
The reading will be taken from the meter upon both entry and exit.
Note 4.
In properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day.
Likewise, when possible, a protective pool fence can be added for a cost of €13 per linear meter.

Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional cost of €30, and after 12:00 AM, €50.
However, there is a self check-in option with staff welcome the following day.

: Super Villa an einer Top-Lage, Zu Fuss in 1 Minute am Strand. EInkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung vorhanden und zu Fuss erreichbar, ebenso gute Restaurants. Saubere Zimmer, alles vorhanden-: Die Bratpfannen in der Küche sollten ersetzt werden.
