Very nice studio apartment with a south-facing sunny balcony offering wonderful sea views.
Studio Mariposa Casasol is one of 38 apartments in the pleasant and charming Spanish-style building "Sol Marengo".
The air-conditioned studio has been recently renovated and furnished for maximum comfort and is located on the third floor, accessible by elevator or stairs.
From the main door, you enter the bright and open room.
Straight ahead is the large, cool bathroom with a spacious shower, toilet, and modern sink with ample storage space, and a combined washer/dryer.
The kitchen area features a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer.
A coffee maker, kettle, and toaster are also provided.
The room flows with light and includes a double bed measuring 135-140x190 cm with a comfortable mattress, a dining table with two modern chairs, a bookshelf, and a flat-screen TV with over 190 international channels and high-speed fiber internet.
The sunny balcony has a table and two chairs, an awning, and storage cabinets, as well as a beautiful sea view.
An iron and ironing board are also available.
Studio Mariposa is approximately 300 meters from Torrecilla beach, about a 3-minute walk away.
You can walk to the central town area in about 7 minutes, primarily through pedestrian streets and across "Plaza Cavana".
A large supermarket (Mercadona) is 700 meters to the north, but there is also a corner shop in the same building as the studio.
The nearest bakery is just 1 minute away.
Everything is within easy walking distance.
We can arrange your airport transfer and, if you arrive late, we can arrange a welcome pack for late arrivals.
