Tastefully decorated and ideally located, it offers you an excellent base in a lively and bustling neighbourhood, whilst remaining quiet. 🏡 APARTMENT - Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140cm) - Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140cm) - Bathroom: shower, washbasin, hairdryer, heated towel rail - 1 separate toilet 🛋️ FACILITIES - Free, unlimited Wi-Fi - Television - Iron - Fan - Washing machine and tumble dryer available in the communal areas 🍳 FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN - Nespresso coffee machine (capsules) - Electric kettle - Microwave 🧺 SERVICES INCLUDED - Bed linen and towels provided - End-of-stay cleaning included - Beds made before your arrival 💳 SECURITY DEPOSIT As part of your booking, a bank pre-authorisation of €250 is required and must be arranged via your Enso Connect accommodation guide.
Please note that an additional administration fee of €3.30 applies. The pre-authorisation does not affect your credit card limit and is automatically cancelled within two days of your departure, provided the terms and conditions are met and the property is returned in perfect condition. ⏰ CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in from 4pm. Tram line C runs 100 metres from the flat and serves all the city’s key locations. From Mérignac Airport: Tram A or bus 1 to the Gare Saint-Jean stop, then a 1-minute walk. Parking: The apartment does not have its own parking.
The public car park at Place de la Victoire is 200 metres away (€19/day). Street parking is free from 7pm to 9am, as well as on Sundays and public holidays. 📝 HOUSE RULES Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.
We have a zero-tolerance policy on this matter. Please ensure you respect the peace and quiet of other residents and keep the premises clean, as if it were your own home.
