Nice apartment with communal pool in Port de Pollença.
This fantastic apartment for four people is located in Llenaire, a very quiet residential area of Port de Pollença.
Fully equipped, Codonyer A has everything you need to spend a quiet holiday by the sea, it is located less than 300 meters from the beach of Port de Pollença.
As far as the exterior is concerned, the accommodation has a furnished terrace and garden and communal pool. Port de Pollença is one of the most attractive areas in the north of Mallorca, as it combines all the amenities of a coastal area (beach, restaurants, pubs ...) with the tranquility of a residential area by the sea.
It is ideal to enjoy the terraces watching the sunset or relax walking along the promenade next to the beach.
It is also very close to beautiful coves such as Formentor or Cala de Sant Vicenç.
On the other hand, it is only 7 minutes by car from the wonderful town of Pollença and only 10 minutes from Alcúdia or the Port of Alcúdia. Air conditioning: - As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the apartment has a hot/cold air conditioning unit in the living room.
In the other rooms, you will find fans and radiators at your disposal. Great apartment, ideal base for a cycling holiday. The utility room doubled as an excellent bike store and has a good washing machine. All the things you need for a cycling break are here and I can fully recommend. Helpful and polite host, the provided GPS co ordinates locate the apartment really well, it’s not easy to find without them. Many thanks

Das Appart ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist perfekt, nahe beim Strand und schnell in den Bergen der Serra de Tramuntana. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
