The apartment: Located on the 7th floor with elevator access, the apartment is laid out as follows: Living area: - A beautiful, bright living room with a sitting area featuring a sofa, coffee table, TV, and a dining area with a table that seats up to 4 guests. - A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room: refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hobs, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker. Sleeping area: - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed and a large wardrobe. - Bedroom 2: a removable sofa and a large wardrobe. - A bathroom with a bathtub, a sink, a hairdryer, and shampoo and/or shower gel available. - Separate toilet. Outside: - A first 10 m² balcony, facing southeast and accessible from the living room.
It is furnished with a table and two chairs and offers a breathtaking view of the sea! - A second 8 m² balcony, facing west and accessible from the kitchen and both bedrooms. Nearby: - Caras and Saint-Hélène beaches less than a 2-minute walk away. - The Museum of Fine Arts is 1.5 miles (8-minute walk) away. - Nice's historic center is 3.3 miles (14-minute drive) away. - Monaco is 15.5 miles (39-minute drive) away. - Menton is 21 miles (47 min drive). Beautiful view - close to the beach. There was a washing machine and drying rack, full kitchen including some necessities like salt and sugar. There was a small grocery store right across the street which was handy. The tram was also across the street and so easy to use to get to town and the airport.

Good location, good elevator to 7th floor.Good view but limited . No dryer, fix your advertisement. Air conditioner leaked water in large puddle each morning.No shampoo or soap as advertised. Had to go out and purchase,as well as no bathroom facecloth.Bed was very uncomfortable.Washing machine left soap on clothes,switch to a liquid clothes detergent.Loud fridge.
