This is a lovely and comfortable 2-bedroom apartment with a balcony offering a remarkable view over the entire Lapad bay.
Free private parking is available in front of the property.
This modern and comfortable apartment consists of one bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, one full bathroom with a shower, a guest toilet, a well equipped kitchen with a dining area and a separate living room which opens onto a balcony offering a stunning view over the Lapd Bay.
The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 additional guests.
Amenities include: Free parking, balcony, AC (all rooms), Cable TV, Free Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine, and fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle.
The apartment is situated in a peaceful residential area, approximately 15 minutes walking distance from famous Lapad promenade and newly renovated Lapad Sunset Beach.
The nearest grocery store is located within a 5 minute walk from the property while the nearest bus stop is just 150 meters away.
The Old Town is approximately 3 kilometers from the property and can easily be reached by local bus which runs frequently during summer season.
This apartment is ideal for a family or a group of friends looking for a comfortable place to stay while visiting Dubrovnik and its region.

The use of a sofa bed costs 20 € per person, per night. *In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection.
Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us.
In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol.
Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. *

Très jolie location avec vue mer très appréciable. Accès à la plage à pied (certes 300 marches ou par la rue principale mais on ne peut pas avoir une telle vue sans grimper un peu). Très propre, bien équipé, arrêt de bus et supermarché à 7 minutes à pied. Grande cuisine, Clim,. Il manque juste un éc...
