This holiday home has been recently renovated, with a new, fresh and modern design designed to enjoy as many views as possible - open spaces, which are very comfortable.
It is distributed in 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, toaster, washing machine... everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
The best thing about the Papagayo Luxury Apartment is its large terrace with a dining area that offers the perfect space to enjoy the atmosphere of the sea while dining.
It is located within walking distance of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy... at the foot of Playa de San Agustin and just a few minutes from other popular resorts such as Maspalomas or Meloneras, it will satisfy all the wishes of anyone looking for sea, luxury and good service.

Conditions This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited.
Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.
Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit of 400€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused.
This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

Läget vid havet. Utrustningsnivån i lägenheten.
En mycket fin lägenhet i ett lugn område. Det fanns alltid plats för bilen på gatan nära boendet. Mycket vänligt och bra mottagande av bolaget
