It features a 20m² garden, perfect for enjoying pleasant evenings or sunbathing.
It is located just 50 meters from the sandy beach of "San Agustín" with very easy access, making it ideal for a family vacation. The property includes a garden with terrace furniture, an iron, unlimited internet access (Wi-Fi), a hairdryer, and 1 TV with satellite channels in Spanish, English, and German.
The American-style kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer. San Agustín is a tourist beach with calm waters, though with small waves, offering all the typical amenities and services of a resort area, yet remaining very tranquil due to lower crowds.
Evenings here are peaceful, lacking the typical hustle and bustle of a tourist zone.
The beach of San Agustín is perfect for relaxing days, and if its tranquility isn't enough, a short distance away is one of the island's largest thalassotherapy centers.
Along its long promenade, which connects southwards to the tourist hub of Playa del Inglés, you'll find numerous terraces, bars, and restaurants for dining.
The area also offers sunbed and umbrella rentals, lifeguards, showers, free parking, and connections to the Maspalomas bus network, making it ideal for a relaxing seaside vacation. Clean room, but the kitchen utensils had a strange smell. Overall a great host, lovely area of the island and easy links to multiple attractions and beaches, as well as a super easy walk to the black sand beach. Nearby has amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants, taxi ranks and spas.
