Fabulous holiday home with a wonderful furnished terrace offering direct and close-up sea views, right on Las Burras beach, in the south of Gran Canaria.
The 80 m² accommodation features a lovely living room with a terrace overlooking a quiet community pool, with the beach in the background.
It has two double bedrooms - one with a double bed and the second with two single beds, a bathroom, and a charming living room.
It has a capacity for four people.

The recently renovated, American-style kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer.
Las Burras beach is located in the coastal area of the municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana, in the south of Gran Canaria, one of the most important tourist centers in the Canary Islands.
It is a very frequented beach, but its 300 meters in length and 110 meters in width allow for comfortable relaxation on a sun lounger or under an umbrella.
The beach is sheltered by a breakwater, providing safety and tranquility, ideal for children.

Die Lage an sich war hervorragend, ABER:
Keine Privatsphäre auf dem Balkon, sehr viel Staub auf Grund des fliegenden Sandes, der ständig plätschernde Brunnen am Pool nervt total.
Alles notwendige war vorhanden, nicht weniger, aber auch nicht mehr.
