Villa Can Esteva welcomes you to an environment of calm and nature in the north of Mallorca, where mountain views accompany every moment by the pool.
Here you will enjoy an authentic Mallorcan villa, built with local stone and designed for comfortable outdoor living.
The villa is located in a quiet area, with easy access to the island's most charming beaches and towns, such as Pollença, Puerto de Pollença, and Alcúdia.
You will have free WiFi throughout the house, ideal for staying connected during your vacation.
Upon arrival, a gated access road leads to a private parking area within the property.
The entrance leads to the house and, at the same time, to the rear, where the pool and garden are located.
On the ground floor, a modern and bright living room awaits you, furnished with comfortable sofas for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Adjacent to it, the dining room has a table and chairs for family meals.
The kitchen, in a traditional wooden style, is fully equipped and offers all the facilities for comfortable cooking; moreover, it has direct access to the garden and the terrace, with pleasant views of the pool and mountains.
On this same floor, you will find a full bathroom with a shower.
The 4 bedrooms are distributed on the first floor.
The villa has 1 double bedroom with a fully equipped en-suite bathroom with a shower and 3 bedrooms with two single beds each, all with ample storage space and views of the mountains or the pool area.
All rooms have hot/cold air conditioning.
Following local energy-saving initiatives, air conditioning operates on a scheduled basis from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM and from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
If desired, unlimited use can be arranged for an additional fee.
Outside, the large private pool is the main attraction, surrounded by lawn and a spacious garden, with a covered terrace perfect for al fresco dining or enjoying a quiet evening.
From here you can plan your excursions: the historic center of Pollença with its market and restaurants, the port and beach of Puerto de Pollença for water sports, the walled old town of Alcúdia and its lively streets, or the crystal-clear coves of Cala Sant Vicenç. * * * * * * Cleaning service, pool towels, and a welcome basket are provided free of charge with every reservation.
The tourist tax is included in the online price.

Nagyon nyugodt kornyezet, remek pihenesi lehetoseg. A strandok 15 perc tavolsagra, de kocsi mindenkeppen szukseges. Kedves, mosolygos fogadtatas.a szallas jol felszerelt, de a konyha lehetne kicsit modernebb.osszessegeben remek szallas, csak ajanlani tudom :)

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt auf der Finca, die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war super. Der Pool war sauber uns sehr groß Allerdings waren die Zimmer sehr klein mit mini Fenstern. Kein Insektenschutz vor den Türen und Fenstern. 2 Rollen Klopapier für 8 Leute war zu wenig . Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nur in bestimmten Zeitfenstern.Insgesamt hatten wir aber eine sehr schöne Zeit.
